Development History
The jointly formulated national standard "Test Methods for Lifespan of NAND-Type Flash Memory Storage Devices" was issued. The standard number is: 20242042-T-469. The China Computer Industry Association standard "Technical Specification for Classification and Grading of Solid State Drives" has been released by the Information Storage and Security Special Committee of the China Computer Industry Association . It has been recognized as "National-level High-tech Enterprises” by Shenzhen city;   It has won the bid for the Memory Intelligent Test System project of the Fifth Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The Second session Flash Memory Reliability Analysis and Testing Technology Seminar was successfully held in Futurepath Technology company; The wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Futurepath Semiconductor Technology Company Ltd., was recognized as an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Wuhan city.
Passed the Key Project Technological Breakthrough in Shenzhen city in 2022; Passed the recognition by the Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center; Passed the recognition of Shenzhen High-tech Enterprises; Wuhan Futurepath Semiconductor Technology Company Ltd. was recognized as one of the second batch of artificial intelligence enterprises in Wuhan city in 2022.
Invited by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, became a key drafting unit for the national standard "Test Methods for Lifespan of NAND-Type Flash Memory"; Won the second place in the leading technology category of the National Finals of "2021 China Internet Development Innovation and Investment Competition"; “The first Flash Memory Chip Failure Analysis and Testing Technology Seminar and the Release Conference of Futurepath Flash Memory Chip Intelligent Testing System” were successfully held.
Established the Wuhan R&D center, focus on the research of intelligent testing technology for flash memory chips.
